1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking a campervan with Next Camper Albania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Driver Requirements

To rent and drive our campervans, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) for at least 2 years.
• Provide a valid passport or ID card upon vehicle pickup.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. We offer a flexible cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to pickup receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations within 14 days of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund.

4. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

Our campervans are designed for adventure, but we require responsible use to ensure safety and maintain vehicle condition:

• Off-roading: Extreme off-roading is strictly prohibited. You may drive on unpaved roads to access campsites, but caution is required.
• Borders: Cross-border travel is permitted only with prior approval and may require additional insurance documentation (Green Card).
• Smoking: Smoking inside the campervan is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.

5. Insurance and Security Deposit

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. A security deposit (authorized via credit card or paid in cash) is required upon pickup to cover potential damages, traffic fines, or missing equipment. The deposit is fully refundable upon the safe and undamaged return of the campervan.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
